Stewart Title Agrees to be the National Title and Escrow Provider on the LoanAce QuickTitle™ Title Order Feature
One of the nations most respected title and escrow companies, Stewart Title, works with TeraVendo to make ordering title & escrow easier
(Bellevue, WA August 15, 2006) – Stewart Title of California through its major accounts division has agreed to provide national title and escrow fulfillment to users of LoanAce®, the mortgage industries only no-charge loan origination software. TeraVendo, the makers of LoanAce, have patented a one-click title/escrow ordering process they call QuickTitle. Users simply click the QuickTitle button and a secure encrypted message with all of the necessary order information is sent to Stewart Title.
