A FREE LOS? What’s the catch?

At TeraVendo we are committed to providing you with a quality Loan Origination Software free of charge. We generate revenue by connecting you with the third-party services you already use to originate loans, grow your businesses, and serve your customers.

Third-party providers (e.g. title, credit, lenders, lead companies, etc) pay us for transaction fees, advertising, and electronic courier service fees. Really, this is no different than most other LOS platforms, with one BIG exception: We don't charge you several hundred dollars a year.

Does this mean there will be pop-ups and blinking ads in LoanAce?

No! We do not have flashing screens, pop-ups, pop-unders, changing colors, moving advertisements, or alerts (unless you sign up for a service that provides alerts you ask for!). This is a professional software.

Do I have to use the providers in LoanAce?

No! While we ask you to support the vendors it is because we do not earn an income if you do not. If a free LOS is valuable to you than please take the time to find a LoanAce provider and use them.

Does this mean the services will cost me more in LoanAce?

No! In fact several of the companies that work within LoanAce offer discounts, specials, and have dedicated people that handle the LoanAce account so the service you get is unmatched! Remember, other LOS’s charge similar fees, for the vendors it is a cost of doing business, the difference is we at TeraVendo do not want to fine you for being a valued LoanAce member.

Is this just a trial version?

No! LoanAce is free! Gratis! No-charge! No-cost! LoanAce is FREE! There are no update charges, monthly charges, per-click charges, charges for making charges, or anything. LoanAce costs you nothing.

Yeah, but is there any support?

By offering a free LOS we have to provide exceptional customer service. We encourage feedback and ask what features or changes you would like to see within LoanAce. In fact, we work from the perspective that this is your software so changes are usually available within a few weeks. We are dependent on you adopting, using, and telling your friends about LoanAce and if you’re not happy we’re not happy. So yes, there is great support available. www.loanace.com/support
