How can I create a Template?

1. Create a new loan
2. Put “Template A” (or Scenario A, or whatever you'd like to name the template) as first name and aaa as last name (so you can sort by last name and have the templates show at the top of the list)
3. Enter all the fees and details that are specific for that lender or scenario
4. When you want to do a loan using said Template or Scenario simply open the template up, make a copy of it and use it as the base for your loan
