Share Files in the Same Office (Using Same Network)
To Share Files:
- Open My Documents.
- Right-click on the Loan Data folder and select Sharing and Security.
- Follow the steps to make the folder accessible for others on your network.
Can't find your LoanData folder? Click here.
To Access the Files and Folders:
- Right-click on My Computer and select Map a Network Drive.
- In the folder input the field type \\(computer with the Loan files)\LoanData.
- Open LoanAce, click Tools then Settings and select the Loan Folder tab.
- Browse and set the newly created mapped drive (step 2) as the data folder.
- Click Save and Close.
It may take a couple minutes for the loans to populate.
