How to share loan files with other computers on the same network.

On the computer hosting the loan files

1. Open My Documents
2. Right-click on the LoanData folder and select Sharing and Security
3. Follow the steps and make the folder accessible for others on your network, share the folder as LoanData

On computer needing access to the loan files

1. Right-click on My Computer and select Map a Network Drive
2. In the folder input field type \\NameOfComputerWithLoanFiles\LoanData
3. Open LoanAce, go into Tools/ Settings / Loan Folder
4. Browse to and set the newly created mapped drive as the data folder
5. After clicking Save and Close it might take a couple minutes for the loan list to populate
