Remove LoanAce manually.
If the regular uninstall process does not remove LoanAce you might have to remove it manually. It's a straightforward process, just follow the directions below.
- Right click on “Start” to expand the context menu and on the menu click on “Explore”

- In the top menu click on Tools / Folder Options. Click on the "View” tab and in the Advanced Settings pane change ‘Hidden files and folders’ to ‘Show’ and click OK

- In the left part of the screen locate and click on the “Local Settings” folder

- Select the folder named “Apps” (NOT Application Data!) and delete it

- Find the “temp” folder (there might be several, the one we’re concerned with is C:\temp or D:\temp) and delete all files in it

- Delete any LoanAce desktop shortcuts
- Go to LoanAce.com/Download and install the latest version.
