How to Import/ Export files

Importing files from Point
To convert your Point .brw files to LoanAce format:
1. Open the file you want to convert in Point and export it to Fannie Mae 3.2 (very important, LoanAce does not support the older 3.0 format)
2. Launch LoanAce and click “Import” on the top menu bar. Browse to the file you want to import and click Open.

Importing a Fannie Mae file
To import a Fannie Mae 3.2 file into LoanAce:
With LoanAce open, go to the top menu bar click on “Import” and browse to the file you want to import.

Exporting to Fannie Mae format

1. Open the loan you want to export.
2. Click "Export" on the top menu bar.
3. Browse to where you want to save the file.
4. Name the file and click Save.

File is now exported and ready for upload to lender, etc
