How to Import / Export Files
Importing Fannie Mae Files
- Open LoanAce and click Import on the top menu bar.
- Browse to the file you want to import and click Open.
Exporting Files
- Open the loan file to export.
- Click Export on the top menu bar.
- Save the file to your computer.
- Name the file and click Save.
Note: The file is automatically given an '.fnm' extension. Do not use a period in the file name.
The file is now exported and ready for upload to a lender DU/processor etc.
