Emailing LoanAce files

How Do I Email a LoanAce File?

1. Open your LoanData folder. It is usually in My Documents
2. Inside the LoanData folder each loan file has a separate folder. Right-click on the loan folder you want to send
3. Select "Send To" and then "Compressed (zipped) folder"
4. Right-click on the newly created 'borrowerfirst-borrowerlast.zip'
5. Select "Send To" and then "Mail Recipient"

A new email message will be created with the file attached

Somebody emailed me a LoanAce file. How can I view it in LoanAce?

1. Right-click on 'borrowerfirst-borrowerlast.zip'
2. Select "Save As" and save the file to you LoanData folder
3. Leave your email client, open My Documents and then open LoanData
4. Right click on 'borrowerfirst-borrowerlast.zip' and select "Extract All"
5. Select the defaults and when the extraction is complete, start LoanAce and the file will be listed
