Why are the select boxes not working properly?

If the select boxes (dropdowns) in LoanAce do not work the way they should it is most likely because a small Microsoft utility didn't run properly.
The simple fix is to run it after the fact.
Click on the button below, run directly or save the program to your computer and then run vs_piaredist.exe

What is this file for?
The file is part of the LoanAce installation package and normally runs automatically with any new installation.
