If you encounter this error the computer needs a Microsoft update to run successfully.
Update your computer manually even if the computer is set up to update automatically.
- Go to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com
- Click Upgrade to Microsoft Update on the right side of the screen
- Download and install all high-priority updates. There may be a large number of updates available select all of them and click Install
- Restart your computer once updates have successfully installed
